Eastlands Weekday Performance Academy
Designed and delivered by Matt and Tim, our Eastlands Performance Academy offers small group coaching at a ratio of 4 players to 1 coach in 90 minute weekly sessions. The Performance Academy treats every player as an individual according to their profile as a cricketer but also allows group areas of focus in the facets of batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping.
Blocks 1, 2 and 3 will focus primarily on individual player technical improvement in the 4 main facets batting, bowling, fielding and keeping (if required). The Skillz ethos utilises dynamic drills and video analysis along with individual player programmes to assist players in making the greatest possible improvements across the off-season and into the new year.

Coaches will assist players in creating a greater understanding of their own game and their most successful mindset along with helping them in realising their “super strengths” within their chosen specialties.
Matt and Tim are looking forward to catching up with you as they begin this winter at Skillz’ new training facility at Eastlands Farm in Catsfield and encourage parents and players to send any feedback from club coaches or County regarding players performance during the season just ended.
